KL To has more than 20 years' experience in business development and sales in Hong Kong, focusing primarily on the information technology and data security sectors. At the same time he has been actively involved in a range of local community initiatives and humanitarian work, most recenlty spearheading public relations, fund raising and project development for one of Hong Kong's best known NGOs.

KL's community work has encompassed humanitarian programs in China, including management of an orphanage in North West China and poverty alleviation work for nomadic tribes on the Tibetan plateau. He has also lent assistance to grass-root campaigns in Hong Kong, such as managing retraining programs for the development of new skills among refugees and foreign domestic helpers.
